Sushiōki is the Triangle’s newest, locally-owned, fast casual sushi restaurant offering burrito-sized, hand-held sushi rolls. Our menu has options for serious sushi eaters, as well as the novice who wants to try sushi, but isn’t quite ready for the raw varieties. Sushiōki offers traditional raw sushi rolls which include salmon, poke’ marinated tuna and spicy tuna, as well as cooked sushi rolls featuring Korean barbecued beef, Southern pork barbecue, tempura shrimp and chicken katsu. For those who would prefer a roll without meat, we also have a delicious vegetarian/vegan roll that even the most serious meat-eaters have enjoyed. Every roll on the menu can also be served in a bowl with rice or as a salad. In addition to our delicious rolls, we also offer house-made rice chips, pork rinds and Asian cucumber salad.
